ORDERS

After you place your order in our shop, your jewelry will be shipped within 1-3 business days.

If you can not find your size and you want it to be made, please contact us via email hello@cherrydear.com. That kind of order is considered custom order and can not be raturned.

For custom orders we accept bank transfers or Paypal transfers. Please send a list of chosen products incl. size and material if applicable along with your shipping address via email to hello@cherrydear.com and a complete delivery address. We will then follow up with an invoice and details for bank transfer within 1 business day.

Custom made orders are shipped within 1-3 weeks from the date your order was placed. If you need your jewellery shipped sooner, please, don’t hesitate to contact us before placing your order.
